But I have seen varying stories saying it was either an individual fine or a team fine, and some saying it would be a 15 yard penalty, others saying 15 yards per player. I'm not sure if the full details have come out yet.

but clubs are free to then fine the players, or not, as they choose.

the nfl is fining the club, not the player.

that said, the club is then free to fine the player in turn.

no explicit amount, so perhaps it depends on first offense vs. ninth offense or maybe just how dark the player's skin is....
