A strip sack being the difference. When you beat the Patriots, you beat the best (almost like the 1950s NY Yankees or the 1960s Boston Celtics).

Those were great teams...Mantle, Maris, Berra, Skowron, Richardson, Reese, Boyer, Lopez, Howard, Ford......Casey managing.
They also had some good relief pitching, which really helped Ford.

Rizzuto, followed by Kubek were the Yankee shortstops.

I grew up in the 1970s in So Cal as a Cincinnati Reds fan (my family was from Huntington, WV). I only went to one Dodgers game during that time (they played the Reds), and it was an unpleasant experience.

but yes I loved Johnny Bench. Only broke through twice in World Series. I still resent them having the best season record and being denied a shot at the playoffs in 1981 because of the strike (part of it was they could have tied the first half if they had played the same number of games).

But I suppose it would not help with total team chemistry, so just not going seems the best path.

It strikes me, any NFL team or player that shows up to worship Trump.....well, it's a physical game. If the Packers don't make the SB, I will pull for the Eagles

I reckon the only teams that might show up over his term are the Cowboys, the Redskins or the Patriots. Maybe

If I was the Eagles kicker who wanted to go worship Trump, well good thing kickers are loners on an NFL team....but the minute he misses a kick, well....it's a team sport.
