If it's not the Donald himself feeding her a pack of lies, it's Kelly or someone else in the chain of command in the West Wing.

Must suck to be shit on and have your face rubbed in it every time you speak in public.

Guess she has self esteem issues.

So she may have convinced herself she's being technically honest in repeating in whatever the top of the hour truth for this White House is to the media stenographers that have been invited to attend "the briefings". Or maybe they're just dailies.
Whatever, they need a new editor for that screenplay.
