If A Poor Person In Mississippi Can't Pay A Traffic Fine

likely they've been slammed in jail so why isn't Manafort? Allowed to spend the holidays at his plush mansion in the Hamptons and cushy condo in Va. Now witness tampering but still free.

Aren't a thing in the rest of the industrialized world... sadly the US justice system is just blatantly corrupt and rigged for the rich... you can't expect it to treat poor people like the rich... that's not US justice.
