As a real estate developer "The Donald" would like to envision the island of Puerto Rico barren and emptied of the lower class riff raff. The island mostly abandoned, the hangers on then forced to sell out. The property developers rush in the scoop up the real estate at dirt cheap rock bottom prices. Then build super luxurious condos, hotels, golf courses, and gambling establishments.

A Play land and hyper luxurious Mecca for the rich and famous to park their yachts and land their Lear Jets to unwind and relax for a weekend get away not far off shore from the Homeland USA.
