Things I used to enjoy, that Traitor don has ruined for me

I realize these are all trivial things compared to the irreparable harm he is doing to Courts, The Constitution and the Nation in general, but here is a short list of simple pleasures I can no longer find any enjoyment in:

The NFL

The President's Cup

Professional Golf (after the way they ALL suck up to him at the President's Cup can't root for any of them)

The National Christmas Tree Lighting

The Army-Navy Game

Any Presidential presentation of awards/medals

The Fourth of July Celebrations

Saying "Merry Christmas" to people (non-believer who enjoyed the spirit of peace on Earth and goodwill towards men)

The friends and family I have cut ties with in the last year and a half (In retrospect, probably shouldn't miss anyone who still supports him, I do miss some of them)

Turning on any Newscast/cable news (All tRump, all the time)

Any pride or dignity I used to derive from being an American.

I could add to this list if I thought about longer but this is depressing enough. I will work to make a "blue wave" happen, but I fear this Country is FUBAR.

I find it repugnant to look a Trump supporter in the eyes without wanting to throw up. How stupid can they be? Especially if that supporter is a woman. Or even a woman running for office with an R after her name.

I find myself re-evaluating friendships (many of which are long-standing) and acquaintances based upon their support of this imbecile. The questions "What are they thinking? and "How did I not see this side of SoAndSo?" go unanswered in my disbelief. Will say, though, that I appreciated the trump lawn signs because I considered each one to be an Idiot Alert.

Most likely, money is involved. As in, they stand to profit from it somehow (or, so they think). That, or they have a deep-seated fear of "those people."

I expected to be surrounded by TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP

but it wasn't that way at all. Tshirts being sold said "F*** Trump". Uber driver told us that people reacted less than politely to seeing his motorcade out and about. Many of the memorabilia being sold was Obama/Michelle.

reading your list sounds like i could have written it. I used to love the nfl, never missed any game due to subscribing to nfl gamepass. I'm not watching this year or any other until that asshat is gone. This year will be the first superbowl i won't watch since i started watching in 1983. I hate what this slime has done to us and the things I've loved. Can he be kidnapped and placed in some Saw-like situation? Its only fair considering his conduct.

I'm in agreement on everything.

The one thing that he spoiled for me, and let me tell you, it's trivial: French cuffs.

I used to love them, loved how they look on any man. No more. It's funny how these small things can affect you.

I have been liberal in my political views for a long, long time, and I have brothers and a sister that have been conservatives for a long, long time. We have always been able to ignore the elephant in the room (pun intended) in the past. tRump has changed all that. We barely speak to each other. With my sister, it is a complete "I can no longer allow you in my life because your views are so different and you do not support our president." She is right, and we had a very open and honest discussion about this man before he had the republican nomination. Once he became the candidate, she shut down civil discourse all together. He is the most divisive person I have ever seen in politics in my 75 years.
