I just saw RBG and must say it was fabulous. She is an amazing woman. I came away wanting to know even more. I thoroughly recommend this movie to those who find it playing in a local theater.
She has an incredible work ethic and gets by on little sleep, usually catching up on the weekends.
She won 5 of the 6 cases she aregued before the SC. She argued the Lily Ledbetter case (regarding equal pay for equal work).
Both her and her husband went to lawschool. He developed cancer and so she had to:
1. Look after her husband and their young daugther
2. Go to school full time and find time to study
3. His classmates would loan her their notes so that she could type them up for him
4. Help him with his classes and organize his classmates assitance for thim
The movie has so much information about her life and accomplishments.
