Q: Is McCain lying about Mitt's returns?
He claims to have seen 23 years of Mitt's tax returns.
Has any independent source verified his claim? How does anyone know if it's actually true?
Can McCain at least produce a stack of IRS forms with Mitt's signature on them? Doubt it.
McCain may not be lying, but has anyone asked him to prove it?
