Again My work place only has FOX news on the TVs and between reports of the Iowa EVENT Fox was leading with a story that Iran launched 3 long range missles and I was hoping to find a better source than faux but I am looking at the usual sites I go too for news and I see nothing.
Can anyone tell me what is going on?

(2,657 posts)slow and my desk is on the other end of the room away from the windows I end up looking at that channel more than I ever wanted. I sware it would be like the 3rd degree of torture for me having to watch that channel for more than 1 minute.

(9,314 posts)The Iranians had videotaped the tests, and that is the footage briefly shown. I think it was a PR stunt intended to prove to the world Iran has the capacity and the daring to flex its "muscle." Just my take since little comment accompanied the blurb.
On another note, on the McLaughlin Group this weekend, during the feature of "Most Unreported Story of 2011" was one commentator's recitation of the U.S. bombing of Iranian nuclear sites. I have heard no reporting on this story so I can't say whether it is true or simply the opinion of the commentator. One does have to wonder, though, doesn't one?
