in Santa Maria, CA where I live, and our district attorney in Santa Barbara County, we had the worse MS13 problem in the state.

The district attorney knows Kamilla Harris personally (both women serving as district attorneys) and she told us that they meet in Washington frequently trying to get money to fight MS13 in the county but Repubs have blocked any money going to CA for this purpose.

I was serving on a Civil Grand Jury thus the meeting

for us to believe anything he says.

If he limited his "animals" comment to this group. that is a bit different for sure, but since he has in the past not really made that distinction, it doesnt help.
