It has been posted here a few times, but I'm posting it again. Because it should become a bible to all of us!

Steele's dossier says Putin gave Trump a brokerage fee from the sale of 19% of Rosneft—Russia's oil giant. Today @MichaelAvenatti said a top agent of QIA—which bought the Rosneft stock—was secretly at Trump Tower 48 hours after the sale.

2/ @MichaelAvenatti says the man below—meeting with Michael Cohen and Michael Flynn at Trump Tower—is Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, the head of Qatar Investments (a $100 billion division of sovereign wealth fund Qatar Investment Authority). QIA bought 19.5% of Rosneft on December 10, 2016.

3/ It has been assumed that—if the Steele Dossier's intel is accurate—the reason the Dossier says the Rosneft sale was of 19% but the amount of Rosneft bought was 19.5% is that the additional 0.5% was transferred to Trump as a brokerage fee. A 0.5% cut would be over $282 million.

4/ @MichaelAvenatti further directs our attention to a claim made by Al-Rumaihi to a third party—attested to under oath by that third party—to the effect that Al-Rumaihi had previously *successfully* bribed Michael Flynn, Trump's top national security advisor during the campaign.

And it goes on. In jaw dropping detail.

I can't figure out why this is not the big headline in every media source, and the lead story in every newscast!

Just because it isn't on the daily news cycle doesn't mean anything really. People want exciting news and this isn't ratings-worthy.

with it, it answered all the questions about what is happening, why it is happening, and just what a load of trouble we are in.

But because it can't be boiled down to a sound bite, it's going to be hard to get it in front of the majority of Americans' eyes. Which really needs to happen.

11. I downloaded it the day it was released

(through Buzzfeed I think) and told all my family and friends to as well. There is so much information and it is so condensed it is hard to read and comprehend. I need someone to explain it to me. I think Avenatti is sort of doing that with a tiny part of it. I don't know how Steele was able to gather, synthesize and report so much info accurately and in a relatively short time.

Putin awards medals to buyers of Rosneft stake

Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded state medals to executives with the Qatari investment fund, Swiss-based commodities trading firm Glencore and Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo, according to a decree published on Monday.

The Qatar Investment Authority and Glencore bought a 19.5 stake in Russian oil giant Rosneft for more than 10 billion euros in December, and Intesa bank was involved in organizing the deal.

The executives were awarded the medals for their "contribution to strengthening cooperation with Russia," according to the text of the decree.

The Rosneft stake sale was the biggest privatization deal in Russia since the 1990s. But a range of offshore companies was used in the transaction, the full identities of the stake's beneficial owners remain unknown, and the source of 2.2 billion euros in funding for the deal is unclear.
