The Steele Dossier claims that Trump aide Carter Page, on July 7 or 8 of 2016, had agreed to a deal on Trump’s behalf in which the brokerage of up to a 19% sale in Russian State oil giant Rosneft were to be given to Trump if Sanctions against the company were lifted.

This means that Trump would be given a percentage (unknown number) of any sale in which 19% of the company would be sold. Considering that the market value of 19% of Rosneft today is approximately $13 billion, a commission on the sale could be between $300M-$1 Billion.

6. Since the sanctions haven't been lifted, Trump found another way to raise Russian oil profits

He broke the Iranian peace deal.

Does this sound plausible? It just came to mind since the sanctions are still in place. The % of Rosneft was sold at a lower price than if the sanctions had been lifted. But Russia is still benefiting from higher oil prices because of America's pulling out of the Iranian deal.

One way or the other, Trump helps Russia.

And today, the discussions of Trump's helping to keep jobs in China comes to light. All because China's president calls him to remind him that China is backing Trump's deal in Indonesia for some sort of real estate development. So all of a sudden Trump thinks it's okay for the Chinese cell phone company that does business with Iran to continue doing so. Before the call from China that company would have gone out of business since we don't do business with companies who do business with Iran.

Trump really was siding with Russia on important security and other matters, was the way Trump treated the leaders of our European allies when he attended meetings in Europe.

Trump appeared to me to be following closely the Russian foreign policy toward our European allies when Trump was so rude to them. Russia lost its satellite countries because of the difference our very successful post-WWII policies made toward economies of the countries in the West that were devastated by that war, and, in addition, the limits of its economic and leadership capacity under Communism.

Trump's conduct of foreign policy toward Europe convinced me that those who criticize him and accuse him of corruption and susceptibility to Russian influence are likely right.

Now. I must caution that I have no inside knowledge on this. I just see what has happened and that is my opinion.

In addition with regard to another issue, if we in the US drastically reduce our fossil fuel consumption, many very wealthy people here and in the Middle East and Russia (and elsewhere) will lose a lot of income. Just sayin'.

The fossil fuel industry is in denial about climate change because the remedies to climate change will hurt their bank accounts. Yet, science tells us that if we are to save the environment, continue to have a livable earth, we have to change.

And alternative energy, at least in California, is becoming and will continue to be cheaper than using fossil fuels. We don't have to put sunshine in a tanker, a refinery, a truck, a filling station and then into our cars.

We just have to put solar panels on our roofs and we have decreased our need for oil, gas, nuclear, etc. drastically. That's money out of the pockets of a lot of very greedy people as well as a very different economy and environment for us.

So, there is a lot of evidence supporting the theories about the link between Russia and the Trump crew.
