(3,344 posts)I think he will. I don't know if Trump will comply, or what the Supreme Court will decide, but I can't imagine Mueller just giving up.

(34,661 posts)Grand Jury subpoena. And served by US Marshall Service. We are at least 9-10 months away. Next month will be Team Mueller's gear up for Manafort. Believe the Judge has set aside several months on that one along.
Got a hunch Manafort will use the Bundy defense. Hoping for a miss trial do to Prosecution evidence omission.

(6,002 posts)The Trump responses have been-
a) Two hours maximum and limited scope of questioning
and
b) Submit a list of questions and the Trump camp will provide a written response
Criminals are not allowed to dictate the terms of their questioning, so we're headed to subpoenaville.
I think it will be within 60-days and Trump will resign shortly thereafter.
(not taking bets on this, tho)

(14,314 posts)His request is for appearances so Trump cannot complain of a lack of opportunity. Once Trump conclusively refuses to meet, Mueller will issue his report and the sealed indictments. Trump will not be indicted but will be liable for impeachment.

(11,885 posts)And its why rump has been saying some of the things he's been saying. Claiming he's fully cooperating when he hasn't been, its been the opposite. Remember Mueller doesn't leak so we're only hearing rump's side, which is always nothing but more lies.
