So we put sanctions on Iran, so what if other countries don’t?

To counteract our decision to pull out.

However, they also have talked of secondary sanctions where we sanction foreign companies that do business in Iran - making them choose between selling in the US and Iran. However, it seems hard to believe that Congress would actually sanction major European companies.
