The link hasn't changed, but the headline has, and here's the explanation for the change:
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/feds-tapped-trump-lawyer-michael-cohen-s-phones-n871011
Feds monitored Trump lawyer Michael Cohen's phones
But three senior U.S. officials now dispute that, saying that the monitoring of Cohens phones was limited to a log of calls, known as a pen register, not a wiretap where investigators can actually listen to calls.
NBC News has changed the headline and revised parts of the original article.

Editing to add a tweet from a Politico reporter that has a transcript of MSNBC's on-air correction earlier, with what Chuck Todd and Tom Winter said. Check the image in the tweet for the text. Winter said his two original sources for the story "have a long-term track record of credibility" -- but NBC is correcting the story after hearing from three senior officials.

After all how many times have we stumbled and fallen while doing our celebratory dances? So tired of getting my hopes up only to be disappointed, time after time after time.

Also, would like to know if the "correction" came from the DOJ or FBI.
