Ugh. Another reported shooting at Opry Mills Mall in Nashville.

From what I hear, at least four people have been shot, no word on extent of injuries or worse.

On local news.....

One maybe two shooters in custody and possibly one on the run....pretty sketchy right now.

A purposeful attack on someone or a group of someones rather than a random shooting event.

Is that a correct assessment so far?

We do need to differentiate between random-victim mass shootings and purposeful murder.

6. I read that it's an upscale indoor outlet mall. Usually those are packed with shoppers all the time

Even if it is targeted , everyone there is at risk from a shooting in the vicinity, besides of course the victim (stray bullet, pandemonium etc)
