12. Comey's good and bad points

Comey is loyal to the FBI professionals in the New York office - that's good.

Comey is covering for at least some of those guys who were anti-Hillary to the extreme. They used their position to help Trump get elected and Comey has been keeping quiet about it - that's bad.
