Epic Trolling: Daniels lawyer offers to send gift basket to Fox News after Giuliani interview

Stormy Daniels attorney Michael Avenatti on Thursday suggested that he may send a gift basket to the hosts of "Fox & Friends," after a pair of recent interviews with President Trump and one of his lawyers, Rudy Giuliani.

"Whatever happens @foxandfriends, please do not stop helping our case week in and week out by having Mr. Trump and Mr. Giuliani appear and make damaging stmts," Michael Avenatti tweeted. "You are truly THE BEST; where can we send the gift basket?"

.........................................................................................................

Trump on Thursday acknowledged in a tweet that he did reimburse Cohen for the payment, but insisted that it was necessary to protect himself against Daniels' "false and extortionist accusations," and that none of the money came from his presidential campaign.

"The agreement was used to stop the false and extortionist accusations made by her about an affair, despite already having signed a detailed letter admitting that there was no affair," Trump wrote in a pair of tweets.

I'd vote for him! We could use more dems like him - a fighter & not afraid of the press.

and a politician are two different things, with different goals, metrics of success and duties.

The majority of the work of politics is administrative, and not bully pulpit.

Avenatti's tactics are appropriate for a lawyer with a high profile lawsuit.

Democrats can then "take the high road" while Avenatti does this.

The dems have taken the high road for too long. If they don't gain control of at least one chamber of Congress in November we're fucked. The damage in 18 months as been stunning. Another 2.5 years & the country's institutions will be in shreds. The dems better sharpen up & face the reality of their enemy or we're going to lose our country. I'm sick of people thinking it can't happen here while it's happening right before our eyes. Oh, our republic is strong enough to withstand this assault, people say. No, it isn't!

especially when Avenatti is already doing it, doesn't indicate that our leadership is "dull," or is refusing "to face the enemy."

Complaining that they aren't behaving like reality television participants really doesn't help in the battle against one.

You mean following the rule of law?

Not participating in illegal activities?

And how are they "dull?" Every time Pelosi speaks, she gets all kinds of attention.

Can you clarify?
