NY bar rules prohibit what Cohen & Giuliani claim they have done with clients: give $$$ assistatance

After weeks of WH and Trump insisting he knew nothing about Stormy Daniels payment, Trump admits to have deceived the public - and claims such agreements are common among wealthy people. But why payoff someone for something that didn’t happen? Many women made allegations in 2016.

This is more than enough for DOJ to investigate whether Trump intentionally omitted from his federal financial disclosures the $130,000 owed to Cohen & so violated 18 USC 1001, a crime. Our @CREWcrew complaint:

The key issue is whether or not the Stormy payment was campaign-related. If it was, the campaign took an excessive loan from Cohen (that Trump later repaid). That’s a violation.

On Fox and Friends this morning, Giuliani basically said it was.

But if you think Bar rules forbid non disclosure agreements and money paid as a result, you are wrong. NDAs are made everyday without any issues.

FEC says you aren't allowed to do this either. Your lawyer can't personally make a loan to you to help your campaign, that's a serious campaign violation that Giuliani admitted to. By saying Cohen paid Daniels and then was paid back they admitted to a crime.

They admitted to a crime because they wanted to deny that another crime (Paying him back with campaign funds) occurred. Cut to the chase, they paid him out of campaign funds, I would bet my house on that. Trump is the type of crooked businessman that gets physical pleasure from not paying for things himself, he literally wouldn't be able to resist having his campaign pay this money.
