They are full of hate, fueled by Fox and hate radio. They have the belief that they have a god given right to the government they want. They also have the MSM covering up lies.

On our side we have too many who expect the deplorables to understand their mistakes, it isn't going to happen.

for quite some time. Honestly, it worries me a little now when it didn't before. I don't completely trust Trump voters not to go off the deep end.

"I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."

I live in deep-red farm country in the south, and I'm a quite vocal progressive activist. I've quite publicly gone up against the KKK and neo-Confederates. I try not to be stupid, but I don't have time to worry...there's too much work that needs to be done.

Still Trump/Pence stickers on cars and trucks. Even some campaign signs can be seen. I saw a Trump/Pence 2020 sign on I-81.

As a matter of fact my grandfather was a hard core republican. My dad worked in a union mine so they never agreed on politics.
