Cosby Lashes Out in Court After Conviction

Bill Cosby did not take his conviction well on Thursday. District Attorney Kevin Steele argued that Cosby, who was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault, should be taken into custody immediately, because he has a private plane and could flee, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer. Cosby then lashed out at the prosecutor, saying, “He doesn’t have a plane, you asshole.” The Hollywood Reporter reports that when Steele attempted to revoke his bail, Cosby shouted: “I'm sick of him!” The judge denied Steele’s request, but ordered Cosby to remain in the state. The disgraced comedian faces up to 30 years in prison for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.

Can he live out his days comfortably in the state on appeal? That's the only reason I can think he would stick around.

He was barely able to get into court, relying on a cane and people holding him up. On the way out he was walking without a cane and without any help and a quick pace. I wouldn't be surprised if he did try to flee.

I've felt really nauseated by this whole Greek tragedy. Separating him from what we all THOUGHT he was has been very difficult.

So, yeah, I'm glad he teed up a nasty attack at the end. It will make it easier to absorb...

Men have not been held responsible for their abuse of women, and by nailing this celebrity, women finally have some justice.

I wish he could be locked up for years for every woman he assaulted, but he's already too old. I wouldn't be surprised if he arranges for ahouse arrest, since he's old and will need healthcare.

I hope the rest of the colleges and institutes and all of his affiliations make statements against him and throw his ass out.

small city 3 or 4 times. I adored him as did the rest of my family, especially my youngest son. We had to miss him each time because I always had rehearsals every time he came. I am glad I did not see him. It was hard at first to believe this, but not so hard really being a female who has had her own experiences and friends who suffered worse. Now I cannot see anything but prison for him. If he gets paroled it will be a travesty IMO.
