(2,541 posts)There probably is more than one plan. The right has spent decades to get into the position of control they currently enjoy. Plans for local, state and federal level. The documentary Hot Coffee and the segment on Justice Diaz and the Mississippi Surpreme Court seat shows just how far reaching and down in the weeds their plans are. Highly recommend the movie if you have not seen it.
What is surprising is the willingness of the left to go along with it i.e. the Senator Franken event as an example.

(626 posts)The Hill, Politico, WAPO, other old school newspapers.....The ridicule and hyperbole is all they have. Factual info, followed up with ridicule and humor, shuts them up most of the time. If they do continue, it is usually with a non-sequitur or belligerent insult.
