Seeing the craptastic quality of lawyers that Trump hires I suspect if she could find a truly good lawyer they'd be able to find a way to invalidate or break any pre-nup.

I just get the feeling there's more to this than 'just' the money. Emotional blackmail and abuse is not something I'd put past Trump, would you?

Here's one way that's not as uncommon with immigrant spouses as it should be... even though she's an American citizen now he may have her convinced that he can get that revoked and she, and now her parents, would be sent back to Slovenia, penniless and without Barron.

Maples didn’t get much for herself or her child, and each time he probably learned more about how to write the prenup. I really think there are terms in the agreement that would make her forfeit a lot and are hard to break.

Any of those other thoughts could be possible, too. But I think they essentially lead separate lives now and so there is less chance for him to be abusive. I can’t imagine that he would want Barron and certainly a judge would look at the two of them and say that Barron is better off with her than with him. Wasn’t that done with the older children? So I don’t think she would be dumb enough to believe any lies that he’s going to get primary custody.

I wonder when it will all fall apart.
