Her (male) co-defendants, her broker Peter Bacanovic and ImClone CEO Samuel D. Waksal were also convicted and sentenced to prison terms. I'm not sure what the prosecution of Martha Stewart, which seems to have been conducted properly and in accordance with the law by the prosecutor, the grand jury, the judge and the jury, can be a rational reason to criticize Comey. There are other things he seems to have screwed up but this isn't one o them.
