Dave Boucher, USA TODAY NETWORK - Tennessee
Published 8:22 a.m. CT April 23, 2018 | Updated 9:38 a.m. CT April 23, 2018

By the time Illinois law enforcement showed up in August 2017 at the Reinking family business, then-28-year-old Travis Reinking had already been arrested outside the White House and previously threatened people with an AR-15 rifle.

The Tazewell County Sheriff's Office .. took the guns from Travis, but immediately gave them to Reinking's father, according to records ...

One of those guns was used to kill four people Sunday at an Antioch Waffle House, according to Nashville police and federal officials. Police continue to search for Travis Reinking ...

" (The weapons) would not have been lawfully in his hands in Illinois. Now, possessing them in Tennessee, I don't know that he would have violated any Tennessee law" ...

I have been looking for a link with legal jargon about if such a law exists. I'm still skeptical, though.

I hope he does get charged, but judging the lack of accountability often in cases like this. The law seems to be against what the masses think is right.

The father Should be charged with 4 Counts of Murder. Perhaps just 2nd Degree, to be assured of conviction.

Will he be charged with anything more than perhaps a warning? Of course not. This is NRAmerica.
