Hannity responds to news about his real estate holdings:

"It is ironic that I am being attacked for investing my personal money in communities that badly need such investment and in which, I am sure, those attacking me have not invested their money."

I'm not certain how this works, but it sounds rather shady that with all his "personal money" he deserves a handout. I may be misinformed.

I thought you had to personally live in a HUD home for a certain time period, too.

It would be ironic if they DID have money in the same things.

If he’s investing in poor communities, why would he not want anyone to know?

Republicans know how to lie, cheat and spin the truth, not much else.

Merely buying foreclosed real estate is neither illegal nor unethical. If we try to make it more than what it is, we kind of look foolish.

That said, he his hardly investing in poor communities out of a sense of Noblesse Oblige.

I fully expect there is a lot more to this story.
