I'm not going to ruin anyone's Sunday by posting to his twitter feed, but he's always putting images up with that gesture. My favorite is when he made all of the GOP "leadership" do it a few weeks ago.
And how did he have time to invent it when he was busy coining the term "prime the pump"?
I can't wait for the day when we won't ever need to think about anything he says or does.
