Trump is hoping that the ghouliani as his lawyer he cant be flipped or prosecuted.

That is my thought anyhow.

He aint that bright seeing his fixer lawyer just got served and they searched and confiscated all his digital and paperwork and whatever was in the lock boxes.

and seemed to have known in advance about the so-called Comey Letter, possibly leaked to him by the NY FBI. Rudy hasn't practiced law in almost 30 years, and is relying on his connections, including previous work with Mueller, who will not give a rat's ass about Rudy's connections. What Spanky really needs is a lawyer experienced in the defense of white-collar crimes in federal court, and none of them are interested in representing him.
