Brought back memory of being on a family trip and went by the site 6 weeks after. Similar to the Pentagon in 2001.

My respect to the survivors and to the surviving family members.

Going to an Econ test. A group of us left the student commons and on a wall mounted TV I saw the picture. I'm in total tunnel vision at this point. I thought it was just the glass blown out.

That night I turned on the news and saw the depth of the explosion. I was in shock.

The thing that gets me is McVeigh. Our lives were a parallel. Similar backgrounds and basically the same job in the Army - gunner on a Bradley Fighting vehicle. He was Infantry - I was Cav. He took a horrible turn in his life.

Instead they were covering scandals that should not have been as important, but unfortunately they are an influence.
