WHO decides what is atty client privilege and cant be used by prosecution? On what basis?

It could be special master, taint team, or special prosecutors..

Will be decided by Judge Wood...

I've seen it both ways so i still not sure what the hell the judges ruling is!! Just gotta wait for it to clear up some i guess.
