Was the FBI listening to Trump's phone call to Michael Cohen?

Sounds like it was done out of desperation and curiosity?

Was it illegal?

What does Trump do to keep the files sealed? Does he request that the hearing be moved to another jurisdiction?

1. How long has the FBI been listening to Cohen's calls?

And what have they found in the emails?

Are there emails from Cohen to Manafort?

Or Gates to Cohen?

Are there any emails from Hope Hicks to Cohen?

So many, many questions to ask.

5. If there is a valid reason for them to be listening then I would say based on just what we

know, which is a tiny fraction of what's going on then yes they were listening. It would be something if RUMP and Cohen obviously knew this and had staged a conversation knowing that they are being listened to. Not sure how that could really help because I believe they are caught or are going to be caught red and orange (tiny) handed.
