Did I hear Malcolm Nance today say...

that it is well known in the intelligence community that it is actually Russia that is responsible for the chemical attacks in Syria, and the blaming of others (Assad) is a game that has been played for a long time?

I kind of half heard something like this because the TV was on, but my attention was not focused on it. Did anyone else hear this?
