It heightens the already salacious air about Trump. We know he is a POS in every way possible for other things he has said/done.

I think this just gets us sunk in more mud and filth and I am reminded of how the repukes forced Monica to admit salacious stuff she had on Clinton.

It's nauseating enough waking up every morning to see his face on the news.

It is at best circumstantial evidence. Another layer of corroborative information to support her assertions that she was intimate with him - different then but in a way similar to the lie detector test she took. If there is (ahem) anything that stands out about Trump's genitalia, the only way she could describe that accurately would be if she had been with him naked (or talked to someone else who had been). In theory she would be taking a risk to bluff, and then guess wrong. But I suspect that would be one bluff Trump doesn't want to call, especially if he in fact knows that she knows what she is talking about.
