Both literally and figuratively. The warrants allegedly looked for information from years ago, and until very recently, taxis were an almost entirely cash business.

It would not shock me in the least if he was a franchisee of “Los Pollos Hermanos.”

You could launder quite a bit of Trump Org and/or Russian mob money with just a few dormant medallions. Far more efficient than laundering through real estate.
