Please indicate "funny" or "not real" on GD posts that aren't real news/opinion/etc

I don't know if we need a new Forum.
I have limited time to be on DU. It is my sanity. I click through on too many jokey posts and waste precious time.
Some of them are REALLY funny, but I'd like to be able to look at them when I have more time.
I'm sure this will go nowhere fast, but thought I'd put it out there.

1. Go to LBN for what you want

Lots of members posting their real opinions on real news. GD is general by design.

3. There's lots of stuff in GD that I like.

I tend to use Greatest and sort by time for my info. There's a mix in there.
I know this is going nowhere. Just feeling frustrated today.

4. I bounce all over the place. Depends on my mood or what's happening.

On rather quiet news days, I could be in several of the many groups I subscribe to and not visit GD or LBN.

2. That would defeat the purpose of humorous or satirical posts.

It's not going to happen. It shouldn't happen. Satire and humor are powerful tools for exposing truth.

With time you will recognize the serious posters from the jokesters

7. Personally I'm not a fan of Onion or other satire etc

not sure why...but likely because I too am limited on time and rather would read real stuff and opinions. Sometimes the headings or title have a "heads up" but not always. I wish they would notify.
