we all know this happened.

So Mueller referred this to DA - southern district of NY... the rudy ghoulliani guy.

so instead of slow rolling this or issuing subpoenas... they (Trump, Cohen, Putin, the DA) all decide to "blow it up" and do FBI raids and get everyone talking...

JUST SO the Donald could blame Mueller and fire him.

I'm as paranoid about Trump and his minions as anyone else.

In this case, though, I'm putting my faith in the people who have careers in law enforcement. I believe they really don't like what they're finding in their investigations.

The raids on Cohen are far too multi-layered to be a plot by Trump. Your scenario would require far too much strategy and skill; attributes that Trump lacks.

Besides, Robert Mueller has spread the cases around. Firing him won't end the investigations into Trump's criminality.
