said if he took out a $130,000 equity loan against his property from the bank that he would have had to have given the bank a reason, and he doubts the reason was "to pay off a porn star that i think is lying about an affair with donald trump."

9. Also weighing in on this is Jill Wine Banks. I freaking LOVE her.

Jill says there's no attorney-client privilege if Cohen and Trump are both saying Trump didn't know anything about the NDA. She also said "we never went after any of Nixon's lawyers".

They're calling the raid a "subpoena on steroids". Ari Melber is there too, and he said the only other person who was treated like Cohen was today (door kicked down with no advance notice) was Manafort, and now that guy's looking at charges that could put him in jail for life.

Avenatti said "there is no question that from this point forward, Cohen can't represent trump because of conflict of personal interest that is non-waivable. The days of Cohen being trump's lawyer are over. Their level of communication will have to end, otherwise whatever they discuss can be discoverable in this potential criminal investigation." He also said "the president can't fire me, and we're not going anywhere"
