Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R) “makes his long-awaited Senate candidacy official Monday, setting up an epic battle against incumbent Democrat Bill Nelson and testing the limits of whether a close alliance with President Trump is political poison or a pathway to success in the nation’s biggest swing state,” Politico reports.

“Scott has never shied away from his friendship with Trump — who has repeatedly urged him to run against Nelson, Florida’s only statewide elected Democrat. And regardless of the constant string of White House controversies, Scott has only distanced himself from the president to the mildest of degrees.”

Their data will be used to funnel foreign money into targeted attacks. Make no mistake, this was zuckerbergs plan all along. Only he wants to be the king. This was all aimed at getting him into power.

19. We ought to be very careful in this race

As I've said, Scott is fairly popular around here, and he is particularly popular among Hispanics, including among Puerto Rican newcomers who remember his aid to them and to Puerto Ricans in the island during the hurricane. Bill Nelson, in comparison to Scott, had very little exposure during the event, and lacks name recognition among Hispanics in general.

Nelson is a great Senator. Nelson should win. What reasonable person would think Governor Voldemort would be good for anyone in the Senate?

Scott barely beat Charlie Crist by 1% in 2014 for governor in a year that that favored the GOP. He is going against a blue wave this time.
