...was not present at signing of bill. Claiming he didn't know what he signed, wanted to undo. Know -nothing trumpf has the entire federal apparatus to read, research, analyze, summarize, brief him on anything, everything in the world, yet he refuses to utilize--only to later claim ignorance.
