The NRA s agenda is to sell more guns to make more profit for gun CEOs. The GOP funds them too, because guns are a good wedge identity issue to get average Americans to vote for tax cuts for billionaires.
So the gun addiction in this country is not accidental. Its not nonsensical and random. Its the result of an organized campaign by companies and billionaires, for profit.

This isn't the first satire of the US I have seen from them and I must say they are pretty spot on and always hilarious!
