The building of Trumps border wall has begun !

A report last night on the TV local news here in Albuquerque, NM said
“The building of Trump’s border wall has begun !”

They then went on to mention a section of the border about 33 miles long near Santa Teresa, NM,
the type of wall that ‘might’ be built,
and said construction was expected “sometime in the near future”.

I’m unclear on how that translates into “has begun”.

If he doesn't build the wall, his minions will begin to abandon him.

He must appear to be building a wall, sending the National Guard, the Army, anything is better than what he has actually delivered. Nothing.
