Special counsel Robert Mueller already has in his possession the contemporaneous memos written by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, The Wall Street Journal reported Saturday.

A “person close to Trump” told The Journal that McCabe had already turned over the memos to the special counsel.

Following earlier reports Saturday on the memos existence, Trump lashed out at McCabe and former FBI Director James Comey.

11. But why would he ask Trump's lawyers for memos that McCabe had written

and presumably wouldn't have shared with Trump ? It doesn't make sense to me.

He told them that he had information that Trump spoke to McCabe on X date at X time, and said "XYZ" and they inferred that the only way to get such information was if McCabe kept memos. Same way they figured out Mueller had emails they didn't want him to see.

Mostly about the military. I had and have military family. Will the military execute illegal orders from Trump, or will it refuse. It HAS TO refuse, but in doing so break the CIC line of command, will the damage remain once we have sane Presidents again.
