Now that Sessions has fired McCabe, he's next.

He may think he's not, but he is. Trump will fire him, sure as I'm sitting in front of my computer.

Then Rosenstein and then Mueller. It could even happen this weekend, while we're all looking the other way.

this weekend, instead of heading for Mar a Lago. He's working feverishly to try to get stuff wrapped up over the weekend, I'm betting. Watch for more bombshells today, Sunday and Monday.

It's the Weekend of the Long Knives, if I'm right.

Firing McCabe served the purpose of discrediting his testimony and setting up Sessions. Of course, it was also just spiteful and vindictive.

It interests me even less than the Superbowl, if that's even possible. Lots of people don't care about sports, and we are not distracted.

...in Trump's administration, he has given up everything (in Sessions' case, a safe Senate seat, and the prestige associatd with it) and gotten nothing but filthy.

Trump's dirt rubs off on everyone.

Coming out of this White House, and trump is desperately trying to get his rule of law to undermine any investigations of him moving forward, and to use against us all.

He can once again run for the senate in Alabama, and probably win.

On the other hand, he could probably be appointed head of the local white citizens council, or some other racist group. Would he turn down such an "honor?"

To get back into The Don's good graces? Because McCabe had something on JBeau? Just for the hell of it? The firing is going to create a lot more trouble than it solves. If JBeau had an ounce of sense he would have told The Don that firing McCabe was about as bad an idea as they come. Is this a hail Mary? If so, JBeau should have been well aware that the solution is very short term. So the only thing that it can be is the first step in firing Mueller. JBeau is either really stupid or really committed to party over country (and self preservation).
