Take a breath, take a walk, go hug someone... you seem a little manic this afternoon. Give peeps time to engage before you rush off to the next thread, and maybe step away from the keyboard for a moment.

I disagree with you all the time, but this seems like a little overload even for you... we're all here at the same board, on the same team, so for one moment let me step outside of the politics discussion and just say as a fellow Dem and human, it's OK... take a beat, smoke a bowl, drink a beer, hug a puppy, do something kind for yourself.
