Apparently it is an Irish cross. We shall see. It is quite an elaborate cross.

(1,777 posts)But Golden's not a newbie; he's apparently been in the state legislature for several years. I think anything sinister would have become apparent by now, even if he'd gotten in as some sort of white nationalist mole.

(1,273 posts)"Pain is weakness leaving the body". What is that supposed to mean? Or did I read this wrong (my English is painfully bad sometimes, too)?
Isn't this offensive to people with chronic pain because of illness or disability?
And while this may be a useful attitude for a soldier it's also disturbing, IMHO, because it shows a sort of mercilessness. If he is so adamant on himself, can he be compassionate and caring for others who are not so strong?
