It appears that the Republican Party has Narcolepsy

They once again are referring to a recent election result as a "wake up call". Me thinks I've heard this from them on numerous prior occasions. And yet they continue to sleep walk. Seems like a medical condition to me.

"This is a wake-up call. If you're getting outraised, this is a wake-up call,” Stivers said Wednesday, according to a source in a closed-door meeting of House Republicans. “Prepare to bear down."

Stivers's stern warning came just hours after Democrats declared victory in a Pennsylvania special election in a district President Trump carried by nearly 20 points in 2016.
