Well folks, we have some bad news. Westmoreland County has told us that they aren't going to report results by precinct tonight (though they had previously told us they would). The model runs on precinct results so, this is a problem.

We won’t know the end result until tomorrow.
Don’t know if you saw that Westmorland County is trying to hold back the results.
I want to know what is actually happening in D.C.

They will probably be doing the vote count at ten.

I was happy when I saw the initial returns. It is now closing up.
