We don't hate this country, we just aren't blind to its massive faults. The difference is wingnuts and Republicans think the US can do no wrong, when it has in fact done many terribly and wrong things no matter who is in charge. It has NEVER ONCE lived up to the promises it espouses. It commits despicable acts in the name of "freedom", including assassinating fellow citizens without any sort of due process and foreign dictators we don't like. But we cozy up to dictators we do like (true for all presidents, not just Rs) or who are useful in some way.

But there is no god. So, Rick, you can keep believing in your imaginary sky fairy if you want. It's not like god, if he or she even exists, has ever done a damn bit of good for anyone.
