Out of the room, think it was Andrea Mitchell saying it. He felt "freer" to say things, knowing he was out.

Was that when he was "ill" on his trip to Africa.

I think it was because Trump never got over the moron remark, and also because Ivanka had done such a great job while in Korea (Not)
