Live in So. FL & looking to march? Students and teachers from South Florida are marching today
Students and teachers from South Florida schools will walk hand-in-hand from North Community Park, 5601 Coral Springs Drive, Coral Springs, on March 10 from 3-5 p.m. to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, in a show of solidarity for the victims of the attack on MSD and an outcry for change.
Teachers, students and parents are encouraged to wear their own school’s uniform or colors to show the unity across student communities throughout the area and to let the country know that not only MSD students, but students and teachers across the nation, are demanding school safety. This event was organized by several Stoneman Douglas students and students from other schools in Broward and Palm Beach counties. There will be speakers after the walk.
